Do I need a visa to visit China for a wellness journey?
China now offers visa-free entry for citizens of dozens of countries (typically up to 30 days), plus 240-hour transit options — many guests need no visa at all. We confirm your specific situation and provide invitation letters where required.
Will language be a barrier?
No. Your guest manager, interpreters and international-patient departments all operate in English — with Arabic, Russian and other languages available on request. Every report you receive is provided in English.
How does pricing compare with private care at home?
Guests typically find comparable or superior care at 1/3 to 1/5 of Western private pricing — including their five-star stay, transfers and interpretation. We quote transparently before you commit to anything.
Can my family travel with me?
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Companions receive their own curated itinerary: heritage days, food journeys and relaxation, while staying close to you throughout your program.
What if I have a specific medical condition?
Share your concerns privately with us and, where you wish, your recent medical records. We will arrange a private consultation with the relevant specialist team before any commitment — so you arrive with a plan, not a question mark.
